Join us for the last workshop in our R.E.ST. series.
This is a moment for parents to come together, rejuvenate, gain tools, and community for the marathon that is parenting.
This workshop will focus on restorative movement as we shift our family culture toward optimism and connection.
Please come in comfortable clothes that you can do gentle movement in.
